How to View Blink Camera

Viewing your Blink camera is easy and straightforward.

With the Blink Home Monitor app, you can access live view of your cameras from anywhere in the world.

You can also use the app to control your cameras, adjust settings, and more. Here's how to get started with viewing your Blink camera.

Access Live View

The first step to accessing live view of your Blink camera is tapping and holding the Talk button.

This will broadcast your voice from the camera speaker and allow you to listen from the camera microphone.

Once you have done this, you can then access live view by opening the Blink Home Monitor app on your smartphone or tablet device.

Once you open the app, select the camera that you want to view and tap on it.

This will bring up a live stream of what is happening in front of that particular camera.

You can then use the controls at the bottom of the screen to zoom in or out, take screenshots, record videos, and more.

Using The Blink App

The Blink Home Monitor app makes it easy for users to access their cameras from anywhere in the world.

The app allows users to control their cameras remotely, adjust settings such as motion detection sensitivity and recording length, receive notifications when motion is detected, and much more.

To get started using the app, simply download it onto your smartphone or tablet device from either Google Play or Apple’s App Store.

Once downloaded, open up the app and log in with your Blink account information (username/email address & password).

From there you can add new cameras by scanning their QR code or entering their serial number manually into the app.

Once added you can then start controlling them remotely via the app itself!

Limitations Of Live View

While accessing live view of your Blink cameras is great for keeping an eye on things while away from home, there are some limitations that come along with it as well.

Currently users are only able to view up to 5 minutes at a time in 30 second intervals before having to initiate a new live view session again.

Additionally if multiple people are trying to access a single camera at once they may experience lags or delays due to bandwidth issues so it's best not too many people try accessing one camera simultaneously if possible!
