Anxiety is something that most of us face at some point in our lives and can be incredibly debilitating. It can manifest itself in many forms, from physical symptoms such as a racing heart and sweating to mental symptoms like ruminating thoughts and worrying. No matter how it presents itself, anxiety can make life difficult to manage, especially because the source of it can often feel out of our control.
